Tomás Brusco holds a law degree with Honors from the University of Buenos Aires, where he is currently pursuing a doctorate in Law.
His research interests span constitutional and administrative law, healthcare regulation, economic regulation, public governance and institutional design.
He teaches Administrative Law and Health Law at the University of Buenos Aires and has worked on legal and research projects across government, academia and civil-society organizations.
During the 2026–2027 academic year, he is based at Yale University as a Fox International Fellow.
His broader academic work examines the relationship between legal institutions, regulatory authority, public administration and policy implementation, including the influence of international institutions on domestic legal and regulatory systems.
